Michelle and her husband Mimmo’s café, located by a stable yard in a tiny Somerset village, isn’t making a profit. The Italian-inspired food they serve is great but there’s very little footfall at the location and the exhausted couple are both working long days for the paltry salary of £2.26 per hour. This predicament calls for a dramatic solution but will Alex's suggestion be a massive gamble that pays off for the couple?

Alex Polizzi visits East Sussex for her first glamping trip as she comes to the rescue of Anna and Nick and their Shepherds Huts business. After more than 15 years of hard graft the once-successful site has terrible occupancy rates and is hurtling towards huge losses, so it remains to be seen whether Alex can turn their fortunes around.
