Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners

ODC-diagnosed Carly, who spends up to seven hours a day cleaning her two-bedrrom flat, meets 48-year-old Nesta who allows animals the run of her house; the second volunteer is college lecturer Rob who helps widow Soo and her son Joe.

Lauren from Dunstable helps Sarah sort through ten years of unused toys, clothes and out-of-date food, while germophobe Emma visits John in his cluttered Peak District home.

Property manager Gemma sets off to help single mum Annia, a self-confessed hoarder from Norwich; the second volunteer is Dai from south Wales. In Basingstoke, he meets Michelle, who shares her home with three rabbits, four rats, a dog and two sons.

Bank worker Tracey, from Yorkshire, rises at 5am each day to start her cleaning routine; Tracy travels to Norfolk to help charity worker Kerry; the second volunteer is full-time mum Shelley, who often vacuums her Wolverhampton home.

The first cleaner is cafe owner Sandra, who hates dirt and germs so much that she forbids outside clothes to be worn indoors. Sandra helps Karl, who lives an alternative lifestyle on a boat in Norfolk with his dog Cooper. With a stinking toilet and a galley filled with mouldy pans, Sandra faces the biggest cleaning job of her life. The second volunteer cleaner is Maxine, who hates clutter and spends up to four hours each day keeping her home looking pristine. Maxine meets retired librarian Dianne, who lives in a house in Norwich which she hasn't cleaned in three years. Dianne's kitchen is so bad, she eats breakfast in a cafe opposite. And Hayley and her fellow cleaners tackle some disgusting showers.
