Making Families Happy

The team begin working with the three struggling families: the Watsons, who are a single-parent family; the McDonalds, who form an extended family; and the Camerons, who are a nuclear family with varied ages.

The families work on acknowledging the beneficial aspects of kindness and positive stress. This is in response to their different reactions, ranging from a threat of withdrawal to financial fears, and clashes over parenting techniques and choices.

The experiment reaches a conclusion. The team of experts offer support to the families as they realise their transformations.
