Watch Degrassi Season 1 in Australia

Spike's daughter, Emma, is now a teenager and is getting ready to participate at Degrassi, along with her friends, Manny and JT. Spike and the old gang of Degrassi are reuniting for the first time in a while, and people are familiarized with the characters again. When Spike goes off to the reunion, Emma left as well, to meet a guy that she had become online friends with on the Internet. Manny phones Emma and even checks by her house, and realizes that there is no one home. She decides to go to J.T. and his friend from summer camp, Toby (a whiz with computers). They hack into Emma's e-mail and discover that the guy Emma is going to meet may be dangerous.

Emma is at a hotel waiting for Jordan, an enviornmentalist whom she met on the internet. After waiting in the hotel lobby, his ""teacher"" greets Emma and invites her up to his hotel room, saying that the person Emma is supposed to meet should be coming soon. Emma soon discovers that the teacher is the boy she met on the Internet. She freaks out and attempts to leave, but he stops her so she scurries into the bathroom. The teacher tells Emma that he is leaving, but it is actually a trick. He has a video camera, and plans on taping himself raping Emma. Toby, J.T., and Manny dash to the reunion and tell Spike and Mr. Simpson about the whole situation and how Emma is in danger. They hurry to the hotel room and rescue Emma before anything extremely dangerous happens. In the end, though somewhat disturbed, Emma learns her lesson and the bond between her and Spike grows even closer.

Ashley has set her sights on becoming Degrassi's School President. Toby, spurred on by their awkward new situation as step-siblings, is frustrated by her unchallenged status and convinces J.T. to run against her. The conflict follows them home.

Terri feels uneasy about the school dance and her crush on Spinner, which is not helped by Paige's behavior. Toby and J.T. decide to watch pornography instead of going to the dance. Emma meets Sean at the dance.

Why would Toby rather risk expulsion than have his parents there together? Why would Ashley get completely dolled up - just for a bunch of old folks? And that Paige seems to be planning to get in the way again...

it's time to buckle down on assignments! But don't worry, it's not all work - Dr. Sally (aka "The Sex Lady") is also coming to spice things up with her own brand of education... Jimmy's playing Romeo for the English class assignments - but what if Ashley's not his Juliet? Could it be a problem for Degrassi's longest-running couple? (They've been together 8 whole months!) And why's Toby choosing endangered animals for his Media Immersion project? Could it have anything to do with impressing Emma?

Hey, all you Panther fans, ready for some basketball action? This week at Degrassi CS - Our First Big Game! Who will make the cut and Coach Armstrong's ultimate team? Why's Jimmy B losing his cool? Off the court, Liberty's planning to take Ashley on one-on-one too.

Liberty admits to J.T. that she has a crush on him, but J.T. does not feel the same way. Meanwhile, Ashley's dad visits and explains to Ashley why he divorced her mother.

One to grow on Jimmy B turns 14 this week! Ashley doesn't seem too excited about the big celebration. Are there doubts growing in her mind? And Emma's dealing with a little private growing of her own.

Emma believes that there is something going on between Mr. Armstrong and Liberty. She accidentally starts a rumor about this, which eventually turns into accusations that Mrs. Armstrong and Liberty are "doing it". Meanwhile, Spinner gets into trouble at lunch and is punished with cafeteria work.

Jimmy and Spinner receive detention with Mrs. Kwan. Later, they decide to cause trouble for Mrs. Kwan. Meanwhile, Emma and Sean's first date goes awry.

Manny decides to audition for cheerleading, but Emma believes that cheerleading is sexist. Meanwhile, J.T., Toby, Liberty and Spinner try to win a contest for one million dollars.

Center stage at Degrassi this week goes to the talent show! Why's Terri using ESP instead of just talking to Ash? Can their friendship survive their creative differences? And what on earth is Toby doing in TIGHTS?

Spinner and Sean are stressed about the upcoming exams. Sean fights Jimmy and ends up shoving Emma. Spinner tries to get out of the exams by getting sick.

Ashley and Toby have a party at their house. J.T. brings an ecstasy pill, which Ashley uses in an effort to seem more fun.
