iPhone and iPad
To get the app on iPhone or iPad, you’ll need to use Safari, since it’s the only iOS web browser that’s allowed to install apps. Here’s how to do it:

Open Safari and go to comparetv.com.au – a pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen telling you how to install the CompareTV app

Tap on the indicated icon below the pop-up, scroll down to “Add to Home Screen, and tap it.

You’ll be taken to a screen where you can name the app anything you like, or just stick with the default and tap “Add” in the top right corner.

That’s it – the app is now installed!

Android Phones and Tablets
If you’re on team Android, it’s just as fast and easy to install the app, using the default Android browser.

Look for the pop-up at the bottom of the screen asking if you want to add the app to the home screen.

Tap on that, then look for the notification that confirms it’s been installed.

If you don’t see the pop-up, you can tap Chrome’s settings menu, then “Add to Home screen” from there. You’ll be asked to confirm this – tap “Add” and you’re good to go!
Chrome (Windows and MacOS)
To install the app on Windows and Mac computers, you’ll need to use Google Chrome. Getting the app installed is easy.

Either click on the blue “Install” button in the box in the top right – or if you don’t see that Install prompt, click the tiny “Install” icon in the Chrome address bar.

Click “Install” again and you’re done! You’ll now be able to go straight to a fast, distraction-free entertainment search with a single click.
