The Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital or “The Pitt” is a place where emotions run high and ER doctors juggle “personal crises and workplace politics”.
At the centre of it all is Dr. Michael “Robby” Rabinavitc, The Pitt’s seemingly hardened chief attendant who shows interns a thing or two about saving lives, all while surviving the heartbreak, exhaustion, and the overall craziness of a 15-hour emergency room shift. He’s also one of the frontline heroes working and fighting tooth and nail to do what’s right by his patients.
In addition to Wyle as Dr. Robinavitch, other series regulars include Tracey Ifeachor as Dr. Collins, Patrick Marron Ball as Dr. Langdon, Supriya Ganesh as Dr. Mohan, Fiona Dourif as Dr. McKay, Taylor Dearden as Dr. King,Isa Briones as Dr. Santos, Gerran Howell as Whitaker, Shabana Azeez as Javadi, and Katherine LaNasa as Dana Evans.
Max’s new medical drama is produced by John Wells Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. Sky Studios is also credited as a co-producer. Lead cast Noah Wyle, who was acclaimed for his role as John Carter in ER, is co-executive producer with Wells, R. Scott Gemmill (who wrote the first episode), Erin Jontow, Simran Baidwan, and Michael Hissrich.
