The final instalment in the Magic Mike trilogy, Magic Mike’s Last Dance, has been confirmed to make its streaming debut this month. After his business venture bore the brunt of the pandemic and left his finances in disarray, Mike Lane finds himself taking on bartending in Florida.

When he meets a wealthy socialite who convinces him to go to London to create a stage play, he thinks what better way for a last hurrah than choreographing a raunchy striptease in the heart of London.

Director Steven Soderbergh (Ocean’s trilogy) returns for the final Magic Mike movie, which stars Channing Tatum and Salma Hayek Pinault. It’s scheduled to premiere on selected streaming services in Australia, and using this guide you can find out exactly when and where you can watch it on demand.

Magic Mike’s Last Dance preview

Former stripper Mike Lane (Channing Tatum) is taking bartender gigs in Florida after his furniture business went bust. Broke and struggling to start anew, his chance for a fresh beginning came upon a chance encounter with socialite Max Mendoza (Salma Hayek Pinault).

Asked to perform for her, Mike insists he’s retired and is no longer interested in dancing, but eventually names his price. The dance ends in intimacy and a business proposal from Max, prompting Mike to go to London.

His new job? To choreograph a striptease show at a theatre that Max owns through her divorce. With romantic tension brewing between the two, relationships are about to get messier with Max’s ex-husband in the picture.

Mike, who’s also out of his element, must channel his older self to get his groove back, not to mention train a group of dancers to be spectacularly awesome on stage.

Their production also faces hurdles from various parties, but with Mike always keeping a few tricks up his sleeve, he’s bound to make things happen one way or the other.
