Wedding Season, not to be confused with the Netflix movie of the same name, is a UK dark comedy series following a bride whose wedding day turns out to be an all-out disaster. After her new husband and his entire family are murdered on her supposedly special day, she goes on the run with someone she’s had an affair with while trying to figure out how and why they become entangled in a murder mystery that’s seemingly impossible to get out of. The Wedding Season TV series premieres on Disney Plus Day in Australia and using this guide you can find out how to watch it online.

Wedding Season TV series preview
The new rom-com thriller stars Rosa Salazar and Gavin Drea as Katie and Stefan. After meeting at another wedding, they fall for each other and begin an affair, despite Katie already being engaged to be married in just two months.
On Katie’s wedding day, Gavin tries to interfere, only for his outrageous act of love to be interpreted as a motive when Katie’s new husband and his whole family died by poisoning that very same day. While the police think that Stefan is behind the murders, Stefan thinks Katie did it.
Ultimately, both become suspects and so they run and hide while attempting to prove their innocence. Created and written by Oliver Lyttelton (Cheaters) and directed by George Kane, Wedding Season has whirlwind romance, infidelity, murder mystery, and action-packed thriller rolled into one.
Lyttelton also serves as executive producer alongside Chris Carey, Laurence Bowen, and Toby BruceJax Media’s Brooke Posch, Lilly Burns, Tony Hernandez and Johanna Devereaux from Dancing Ledge Productions.
