The new drama follows brilliant con man Charlie and undercover CIA officer Emma Hill, who, after spending the night together, are drawn to each other’s worlds. As their passion leads into a full-fledged romance, they unknowingly set foot in territories that are on a collision course.
While Charlie ramps up his work to stabilise the family business in the hopes of leaving for good, Emma is on the verge of catching a vicious criminal who holds Charlie’s family debts in hand. With their lives now intertwined, they’re forced to confront the consequences of their deception. Ultimately, Emma grapples with Charlie’s admission of the truth, putting both their lives and that of their families at greater risk.
The Company You Keep is created by Julia Cohen based on the Korean Broadcasting System series titled My Fellow Citizens! Cohen also serves as an executive producer alongside lead star Milo Ventimiglia, Russ Cundiff, Todd Harthan, Jon M. Chu, Caitlin Foito, Ben Younger, Lindsay Goffman, and Phil Klemmer.

From the US network ABC, The Company You Keep premiered last 19 February 2023. After over a month, the television series finally arrives in Australia via Disney Plus, premiering on 5th April 2023. Consisting of eight episodes, it’s likely that new episodes will drop on streaming TV each week.
