She also travels to South Carolina to meet the Gullah Geechee people and learn about the Gullah Way and the importance of reclaiming cultural heritage.
In San Francisco, she ventures into the rich and complex flavours of Chinese cuisine, such as Chop Suey. How many seasons of Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi?
The food, travel, and cultural docuseries has a total of 2 seasons and a holiday edition. Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi Season 1 premiered on Hulu in June 2020. A 4-episode holiday edition was released in 2021. The new Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi Season 2, meanwhile, begins streaming from 5 May 2023.
