Metallica Presents: The Helping Hands Concert preview
Metallica’s Helping Hands concert benefits the band’s All Within My Hands foundation. Now in its fourth year, the foundation continues to collaborate with partners around the world to help combat food insecurity and provide funds in areas hit by natural disasters, as well as support education with the Metallica Scholars Initiative. With Metallica Scholars, community colleges receive direct support with the goal of enhancing their career and technical education programs.
By performing at the Helping Hands concert, the band sustains the foundation as all ticket sales, donation proceeds, and accompanying auction items go directly to All Within My Hands’ charity partners. The first ever Helping Hands concert took place in 2018, followed by the second concert in 2020. Both events helped to raise more than $3 million.
Metallica always provides a unique and intimate performance for fans, especially as the band celebrates the nonprofit organisation they established in 2017. As such, the Helping Hands concert joins Paramount+’s exciting catalogue of content, which currently includes hits like Tulsa King, George & Tammy and many more.
