Love, Lizzo documentary preview
This new documentary from HBO Max follows three-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and rapper Lizzo, and how the artist has changed both music and culture with her groundbreaking musical talent. Thus, Love, Lizzo showcases the journey of a superstar who has inspired a movement the world desperately needed by simply being herself.
For fans who are curious as to what the documentary will cover, the singer herself has stated that it will explore several aspects of her personal and professional life, from her breakthrough album Cuz I Love You, to her dramatic world tour, as well as her relationships and the creation of her fourth album, Special.
Directed by Emmy winning filmmaker Doug Pray (The Defiant One’s), and produced by Kevin Beisler, Kevin Weaver, Ryan Kroft and Nicole Rocklin, Love, Lizzo streams in Australia in November with the singer-songwriter hoping that her documentary can inspire other young creatives to continue their work despite setbacks they may encounter along the way. Lizzo also serves as executive producer via her production company Lizzobangers.
