It is an Australian sports TV show which features various games, quizzes, and AFL personalities, hosted by former football players Jason Dunstall and Cameron Mooney, and former basketball player Andrew Gaze.

Originally titled as Before The Bounce, Bounce is an Australian light entertainment TV series that features more casual segments such as game shows, quizzes, and tossed with  comedy on the side. The hosts were originally Jason Dunstall, Cameron Mooney, Bernie Vince, Andrew Gaze, Ben Dixon, and the late Danny Frawley.

It first aired in 2007 on Fox Sports, until 2011. It then moved to Fox Footy from 2012 until present. 

In 2020, Bounce was announced to have its return with the same hosts with Sharni Layton on the screen as part of the Bounce team.

The first episode for the 2023 season first aired on March 19, and new episodes are released every Sunday from 7:15pm to 8:15pm AEST, on the Fox Footy channel.
