Barbarian movie preview
Travelling for a job interview, a young woman arrives at her Airbnb late at night. Already inconvenienced, it gets worse when the place has been mistakenly double-booked so that a strange man is already staying there. Ignoring any red flags and her intuition that says it’s never a good idea to trust a complete stranger, she ultimately warms up to him and decides to spend the night.
However, she also discovers the horrifying way that it’s not the unexpected house guest she should be worried about. As the house soon unveils its hellish, disturbing secrets, it becomes a little too late for her to do what she should have done from the very beginning – leave.
Directed by Zach Cregger, Barbarian is lauded for its unpredictable twist, brilliant writing, and cast performances. Most importantly, it delivers the one thing that horror movies should not be without: pure, senseless terror. If you’re a big fan of the horror genre, Barbarian is as impressive as it is twisted.
