What’s in this Guide?
All My Friends Hate Me preview
In All My Friends Hate Me, Pete (Tom Stourton) is cautiously excited to reunite with his university friends for his birthday party. Expecting to reconnect with the old gang, who he hasn’t seen in years, he immediately gets the feeling that he’s unwelcome despite the get-together being arranged to celebrate his birthday.
His suspicion and anxiety are further aggravated when his friends meet someone new at a local pub and invite him to celebrate with them. Over the course of the weekend, Pete becomes afflicted with snarky comments and believes that every sick joke is directed towards him. With each elaborate joke that his friends make, Pete’s birthday only becomes the setting of social paranoia that ultimately reaches its breaking point.
