Exploring a new Yellowstone origin story, fans bear witness to a new chapter in the Yellowstone universe created by Taylor Sheridan. The new show also delves into how a family bears a series of devastating events such as the pandemics, drought, the end of Prohibition, and the Great Depression in the West mountain.

1923 release date & episodes
The Yellowstone spin-off premiered on streaming TV in Australia on 19 December 2022. It consisted of eight episodes, which streamed weekly on Paramount Plus until its finale on 27 February 2023.
Following its successful first season run, the series was renewed for a second season, which will also air for eight episodes. The 1923 Season 2 release date has yet to be announced.
