Heartstopper actor Sebastian Croft plays a highschooler secretly in love with his best friend in the new teen romantic comedy How to Date Billy Walsh.
But just when he’s finally ready to confess, the girl he likes falls for the new school heartthrob. Of course, he does what any heartbroken friend-zoned person would do: sort of sabotage their potential romance.

The new movie only streams on Prime Video, a streaming service that’s part of the larger Amazon Prime. New customers can test run the service for 30 days free. After that, the monthly plan is $9.99/month, or save a little with the annual plan at $79.

Archie secretly harbours romantic feelings for his best friend Amelia. Finally mustering the courage, he decides to tell her how he feels. However, just as he thinks things are finally happening, their potential love story is upended with the arrival of the American transfer student Billy Walsh.
Charming with the good hair, leather jacket and the bad boy motorcycle, of course Amelia falls head over heels for Billy, who’s also not immune to Amelia’s charm. Heartbroken, Archie begins scheming to make sure they don’t get together, but will he end up losing his best friend as a result of his meddling?
The movie is directed by Alex Sanjiv Pillai from a story created by Alexander J. Farrell and Greer Ellison. Matt Williams and Neil Jones serve as producers.
