Rugby League fans throughout Australia are excited for the start of the NRL 2025 season.

This year the premiership regular season will begin on the 1st of March and run until the 5th of October 2025. It’s bound to be an exciting season of footy, and we’ll keep you up-to-date with how you can watch NRL Tonight on Channel 9, Kayo and Foxtel.

NRL Tonight: 2025 broadcast and streaming guide

The 2025 Telstra NRL Premiership is set to be one of the most exciting with even more teams and rivalries making for great viewing.

The NRL draw and TV guide, which includes free to air options as well as Fox Sports‘ NRL tonight on Kayo and Foxtel, is available in the live fixtures listing.

The TV broadcast rights for the 2025 NRL regular season once again belong to FOX League (Foxtel, Kayo Sports) and the Nine Network.

Every current round on the 2025 NRL schedule, to include match dates, live TV times, locations, broadcasters and streaming services, will be listed below.

What time is the NRL on TV tonight?

The Nine network’s Channel 9 is the official NRL free to air broadcast provider in Australia. This allows the network to show, on average, up to three live matches per week during the regular season, but very few matches on Saturday until the 24th round.

Channel 9 however, will air every match of the Finals Series, and the Grand Final, for which they have exclusive live rights.

If you want to watch every match from every round of the NRL regular season including the Final Series (Grand Final replays only), then Fox Footy is the best option for streaming the NRL free.
