What is the plot of Fountain of Youth (2025)?

Fountain of Youth follows treasure-hunting mastermind Luke Purdue (John Krasinski) as he assembles a team in his search of the famed “Fountain of Youth”. To prove its existence is world-changing, and so, finding something this valuable is not without repercussions and threats. Enter his estranged sister, Charlotte (Natalie Portman), who knows a thing or two about history and is widely proficient in deciphering clues and puzzles.
In addition to Krasinski (A Quiet Place, Jack Ryan) and Portman (May December, Lady in the Lake), the cast of Fountain of Youth also includes Eiza González (Ambulance, 3 Body Problem) Domhnall Gleeson (The Patient, White House Plumbers), Carmen Ejogo (True Detective, Your Honor), Stanley Tucci (The Hunger Games, Conclave), Laz Alonso (The Boys, Power Book II: Ghost), Arian Moayed (Inventing Anna, Ms. Marvel), Daniel de Bourg (Whitstable Pearl), Steve Tran, Benjamin Chivers, and Michael Epp.

Guy Ritchie (Wrath of Man, The Covenant) directed Fountain of Youth from a screenplay penned by James Vanderbilt (Ready or Not, Scream). Ritchie also serves as producer for the film alongside David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Tripp Vinson, William Sherak, Ivan Atkinson, and Jake Myers.
