On the Couch TV Show preview
On the Couch is an Australian sports show that discusses previous AFL games and issues. It had its debut in 2002 and aired on the Fox Footy Channel until the channel ended in 2006. The show then eventually continued on Fox Sports from 2007 to 2011 and Fox Footy from 2012 up to present.
The show is set in a casual or informal manner where hosts spend their time in a lounge room examining games in detail, throwing out all their analysis, as well as interviewing coaches and players.
New episodes are aired every Monday at 6:30pm AEST, with the first episode of the 2023 season airing on March 2023.
