Beavis and Butt-Head originally aired on MTV for seven seasons from 1993 to 1997, where it became the network’s highest-rated show. It was revived with Season 8 in 2011. To kickstart the new revival of Beavis and Butt-Head, Comedy Central was supposed to take the reins until it was announced otherwise.
Finally, after over a decade, the second revival premiered on Paramount+ in 2022, following the digital release of the feature film Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe.
