The 2024 Women’s Premier League (WPL), the Women’s version of the Indian Premier League, began its second season on 23 February.
Once again, five Twenty20 cricket teams will be fighting for the championship, namely the Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and UP Warriorz.
All five WPL teams will play against each other twice, which will create a total of 20 league matches, plus the Eliminator and Final. The Eliminator is scheduled for 15 March, and the Final will be played on 17 March.
