One of the most intriguing families from Cairo, Georgia is coming to Australia this September. We will witness how Barry and Kim Plath’s children discover the rest of the world, as they abstained and had limited access to the internet, social media, and sugar.
The fourth season of Welcome to Plathville has been heated, and viewers can’t get enough of the show’s controversial scenes. Ethan and Olivia Plath’s marital problems and how Ethan’s parents are partially to blame for them have been covered in previous seasons. This season we shall find out how some of the children cope with the concerns they had encountered while they navigate the real world, independent of their parents’ opinion.

Welcome to Plathville Season 4 preview
The nine flaxen-haired children in the Plath family have lived a very conservative life for too long. They have never had a soda, don’t know who Spiderman or Tom Brady is, and have never watched TV in most of their lives. They live remotely in rural Georgia with “Christian Fundamentalist” parents Kim and Barry Plath.
Still hoping to instill their traditional values and beliefs in their children, Barry and Kim chose to raise their children on a 55-acre farm in Cairo, Georgia. Barry and Kim have their own rules to largely abstained their children from modern entertainment and technology.
Over the past seasons, the Plath parents Kim and Barry have been strict over their children’s choices and lives. But we will have a brand new outlook this season!
Season 4 of Welcome to Plathville is very different from the previous seasons because mother Kim Plath is shifting her values and has relaxed some of the strict rules she set for her children. Viewers were shocked to learn that she had made the decision to separate from her husband and open a dance studio. Fans are interested to see if any issues will be resolved before the end of the season because the Plath family appears to be more splintered than ever.
