Young Rock is a sitcom using the early life of actor Dwayne Johnson as inspiration. Created by Nahnatchka Khan and Jeff Chiang, the biopic focuses on different chapters of Dwayne Johnson’s childhood, and the many characters that helped shape it.
It’s a collection of stories from growing up in a tight-knit, larger than life family of established professional pro wrestlers. The show charters his formative years through high school, then later at college playing NCAA football for the University of Miami, and his eventual venture into wrestling.

Young Rock Season 1 premiered in February 2021. Ahead of its first season finale, it was renewed for a second season, which aired in Australia last March 2022. After several months of waiting, Young Rock fans can finally watch new episodes on streaming TV starting this November 2022.
