The live TV rights for the 2024 AFL season will once again be shared by Fox Footy and Network Seven.
The Seven Network, via channel 7 and 7Mate, will televise a minimum of three live games per round, as well as every match of the Finals Series including the AFL Grand Final.
It’s important to note that Seven have no live streaming rights during the regular season, as these belong exclusively to Fox Footy.

AFL 2024 preview: Key dates and details
AFL fans throughout Australia are excited for the return of weekly footy action.
The 2024 Community Series, the official AFL pre-season, is set to kick off on February 27th and conclude on March 3rd. There will be a total of nine matches during this time, with every club participating in one game.
The premiership regular season starts March 7th and will conclude on the 28th of September. The regular season will be twenty-five weeks long, and each team will play a total of twenty-three matches.
After a successful debut, the Gather Round, where all 18 teams will play on the same weekend, will return to South Australia for its second iteration. This time it will be held from April 4 to 7, which is officially round four.
The 2024 Finals will begin in early September, and culminate with the AFL Grand Final on the 28th of September.
